Sometimes a head injury will also lead to the sufferer experiencing regular headaches.

The good news is that these type of are more rare, even though they occur at least several times a day and can last for some months, overall they affect people far less frequently than migraine or tension headaches. Most of us have experienced a tension headache at some time.

Some times the cause of a headache can be attributed to acute hunger or dehydration, when we have neglected to eat and our blood sugar level drops suddenly, or if we have not drunk enough fluid on a hot day. Other typical causes may be when we have been working in one position for any length of time and thus experience muscle contractions in the shoulders, the neck area, scalp

and the jaw. There are times when stress, depression and anxiety can also be attributed as the cause of our headaches.

Although some people experience this pain on both sides of their temple.

As mentioned above, occasionally, the cause of can be linked to sinus problems. These type of are actually known as sinus because they are caused by an inflammation in the sinus passage and typically lead to severe pain in the sinus / occipital / forehead region.

If we are very fortunate, someday we may be able to stop altogether by using defined prevention methods.
